She came to Microsoft with a distinguished 20-year career in Financial Services where she led Innovation in one of Canada’s largest fintechs and co-founded a fintech Accelerator.  An advocate for advancing ESG in the financial technology industry, Tracy is a frequent speaker at Women in Technology, Payments and Sales Events along with holding positions on advisory boards for payments modernization and social impact initiatives.
